What this policy covers
This policy describes how Austintatious Design Ltd Co, operating as drb·dig, handles information collected through drbdig.com. It does not cover the drb·dig QuickBooks Connector application, which has its own separate privacy policy and terms.
What is collected
Information you give me. If you submit the contact form, the chapter request form, or the contact-card form, I receive the name, email address, company, and message you type. Nothing else is collected from those forms.
Standard server logs. The web host records normal request data — IP address, browser type, timestamps — for security and performance. That is standard hosting behavior and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies. This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in, and the host may set a cache cookie. There is no advertising network, no retargeting pixel, and no cross-site tracking on this site.
How forms are processed
Form submissions are delivered to my email through Web3Forms, a third-party form relay. Web3Forms processes the submission in transit and forwards it; the message then lives in my email inbox. If you would rather not use a form, email daniel@austintatiousdesign.co or text (469) 850-2946 directly.
Connected social accounts
drb·dig operates a self-hosted scheduling tool that publishes to social accounts on behalf of clients who ask for that service. When a client connects an account, the platform issues an access token or app password that authorizes posting. That credential, along with the account name, the page or profile ID, and the posts scheduled through it, is stored on hardware drb·dig owns and operates, not on a third-party scheduling service. The platforms involved are Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and Bluesky.
That access is used for two things: publishing content the client has already approved, and reading back the performance numbers on those posts so the client can see how they did. Nothing is published that a client has not approved. The tool does not read private messages, does not export follower or customer lists, and does not use one client’s account data for anything other than that client’s own work. None of it is sold, rented, or traded.
Tokens are kept only while the account is connected. A client can revoke access at any time from the platform’s own settings, or by asking me to disconnect it, and the stored credential is removed when they do. Scheduling and analytics history for a client’s accounts is deleted on request. Email daniel@austintatiousdesign.co and I will handle it personally, usually the same week.
How it is used
To reply to you, and to carry on the conversation you started. Your details are not sold, rented, or traded. I do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out a contact form — if you request the free book chapter, you are opting in to occasional emails from me, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.
How long it is kept
Contact messages stay in my email for as long as the working relationship or the record of it is useful. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email daniel@austintatiousdesign.co and I will handle it personally, usually the same week.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it.
